Diana Wainrib, Chief Counsel, Reebok International Ltd.
Diana Wainrib is chief counsel of Reebok International Ltd. Appointed to this position in April 2006, she is responsible for overseeing the delivery of legal services for the Reebok brand, including the Sports Licensed Division and Reebok-CCM Hockey. She reports to Uli Becker, president and CEO of Reebok International Ltd, and Paul Ehrlich, general counsel of the Americas for the adidas Group.
Prior to her appointment, Diana was senior counsel for Reebok. Her responsibilities included advising the Reebok U.S. Sales Group, antitrust counsel, oversight of legal work for the Latin America region and real estate work.
Diana first joined Reebok in November 1990 as corporate counsel for The Rockport Company. She served in this role until assuming the senior counsel role with the Reebok brand.
Diana began her legal career as a corporate associate in the Boston office of the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She also worked at the Boston-based law firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault.
Diana received her J.D. from Boston University Law School and her B.A. from Cornell University. She resides in Southborough, Massachusetts with her husband, Al, and has three grown children.
