Nigel Griffiths, Head of Reebok EMEA
As head of Reebok Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Nigel Griffiths is responsible for the business management of Reebok’s businesses including sales, operations, marketing and retail in the more than 30 countries that comprise the EMEA geographic region. Nigel was appointed to the position in April 2007.
Prior to joining Reebok in his current role, Nigel held management positions at Nike, most recently as general manager, Nike EMEA, for outdoor and action sports from 2004 to 2007. Prior to this position Nigel was responsible for Nike’s business in Iberia.
Prior to his joining the sporting goods industry, Nigel held marketing roles at premium beverage company Diageo, which includes brands such as Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Captain Morgan, Baileys, Guinness and Crown Royal. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Uniliver and BP.
Nigel has a PhD from Cambridge University (UK) in chemical engineering and a B.S. (cum laude) in chemical engineering from Surrey University (UK).
He currently resides in Amsterdam with his wife and two children.
